Weβre really pleased to share the outcome of our recent Ofsted inspection: πππ«π¨π§π ππππ§πππ«π πππ«π¨π¬π¬ ππ₯π₯ ππ«πππ¬.
This reflects the work we do every day alongside learners from some of the most disadvantaged communities β removing barriers, building confidence, and creating calm, inclusive spaces where people feel respected, supported, and able to move forward.
Inspectors recognised the difference learning makes, noting thatΒ βlearnersβ lives improve significantly because of their learningβΒ and that they becomeΒ βincreasingly independent and confidentβ.Β They also highlighted the positive learning environments weβre proud of, where diversity is valued and cultures are embraced.
Support beyond the classroom matters too. From free bus passes and flexible timetables to mental health support and one-to-one tutoring, we work hard to make sure practical challenges donβt become permanent barriers. Through our partnerships with the National Careers Service and the West Midlands Combined Authority, we continue to raise aspirations and open up routes into employment and further learning.
Ofsted also recognised the expertise of our tutors in creatingΒ βrich and helpful learning experiences that build learnersβ confidence, communication and employability skillsβΒ and the organisationβsΒ βunwavering commitment to inclusion in supporting learners to achieve ambitious goalsβ.
Most importantly, this recognition belongs to our learners. Your commitment, resilience, and pride in your progress were clear to inspectors, who noted thatΒ βlearners are proud of the extensive and sometimes life-changing progress that they make.βΒ We couldnβt be prouder to learn alongside you.
Thank you to our learners, staff, partners, and communities for making this possible.
