National Careers Service

EBCF hold a subcontract to deliver the National Careers Service in Birmingham. The National Careers Service is available free to every adult aged 19+ or 18 if they are not in education, employment or training or claiming benefits in England. It provides information, careers and skills advice tailored to you.

Our qualified careers advisers provide advice and support tailored to each individual customer’s needs, through digital technology, telephone and face-to-face meetings. We help customers identify and overcome any barriers they face to give them the chance to unlock the National Careers Service makes it easy for everyone to find accurate information on learning and work, with professional advice to help you make the right choices. It’s free of charge for you to use online and over the phone.
