EBCF Awarded Direct Claims Status — A Major Step Forward for Quality and Learner Success

We’re proud to share that EBCF has officially been awarded Direct Claims Status across multiple core courses, marking a major step forward in how we support our learners through every stage of their journey.
This recognition allows us to issue certificates directly, without the need for external quality assurance, meaning faster turnaround times and a more seamless experience for learners. It also reflects the strength and consistency of our teaching, assessment, and quality assurance processes.
Direct Claims Status has been granted for the following courses:
- Customer Service Level 1 – Pearson
- Warehousing and Storage Level 1 – NCFE
- Health and Social Care Levels 1 & 2 – Pearson
- ESOL Levels 1 & 2 – Pearson
