Victoria came to EBCF with practical experience in health care, but without a formal qualification, her opportunities were limited. She knew she had the passion to care—but needed the credentials to progress.
She enrolled on our Level 1 Health & Social Care course, hoping it would open doors to better roles. What she found was more than just a qualification. With supportive tutors, all study materials provided, and a community that believed in her, Victoria built her confidence and grew
her knowledge.
The result? She secured a better job with improved pay and is now working as a Health Care Assistant. And she’s not stopping there—Victoria is currently studying Level 2 Health & Social Care to continue building her future.
