From Learner to Salon Owner: Kaki Kaki’s Bold Move in Beauty
Kaki Kaki joined EBCF’s Level 1 Hair & Beauty course with a dream to turn her passion into a profession. With no formal training but a strong personal interest in beauty, she came to EBCF looking for the right skills, support, and space to grow. What she found was a flexible and practical course designed to help her do just that.
Throughout her time with us, Kaki received full access to professional makeup kits, practical resources, and one to one guidance from her tutor. She was encouraged to practise her skills using high quality products and was even supported with salon ready items like a professional tunic. EBCF also gave her the opportunity to gain real world experience, like shopping for the right beauty products, learning how to make client based choices, and managing time like a professional.
With her hard work and determination, and the support of the EBCF team, Kaki completed her course and took a bold step: she launched her own salon.
Now, she is not only earning independently, but has also returned to continue her learning by enrolling onto our Level 2 Hair & Beauty course to take her business even further.
